PRICES / PROMOTIONS

HOT AIR BALLOONS

FREE LADY - The world's only full-scale replica of the Statue of Liberty.
Promotion fee: $3,000 for the first hour, $1,000 for each additional 1/2-hour.
Balloon Festival sponsorship fee: $2,000 per scheduled inflation/flight.

LIBERTY HEAD - Three and a half times larger than the real Statue of Liberty's head.
Promotion fee: $2,000 for the first hour, $700 for each additional 1/2-hour.
Balloon Festival sponsorship fee: $1,000 per scheduled inflation/flight.

STANDARD ROUND HOT AIR BALLOON - An excellant entertainment idea for picnics and other outdoor parties.
Tethered rides can be offered to the public.
Promotion fee: $1,000 for the first hour, $400 for each additional 1/2-hour.

COLD AIR INFLATABLES

20' ROUND (red & white) - Rental fee: $40 per hour (minimum rental fee is $280, which includes up to 7 hours). Banner size: 5' H x any length (with a 10' minimum length). Banner cost: $1 per square foot (blank), or $4 per square foot with non-complex artwork. Purchase price: $3,495 for a complete new system with choice of colors.

30' ROUND (rainbow) - Rental fee: $50 per hour (minimum rental fee is $350, which includes up to 7 hours). Banner cost: $1 per square foot (blank), or $4 per square foot with non-complex artwork. Purchase price: $4,995 for a complete new system with choice of colors.

STATUE OF LIBERTY HEAD - Approximate full-scale replica, stands 30' tall. Rental fee: (By quote only. Please call us at 860-376-5807 or send an email to: info@easternCTballoon.com). Purchase price: $15,500 for a complete new system.

NOTE: All hot air balloon and cold air inflatable promotions are wind and weather permitting and have a minimum space requirement. A representative of Eastern Connecticut Balloon Services must approve the intended balloon site. A nonrefundable scheduling deposit is required. There is a travel surcharge on all promotions more than 30 miles from Norwich, CT.

NOTE: Each helium product includes: 135' tether line with quick links and a plastic reel, repair kit and Filling & Flying Instructions. The 7' Blimp is for indoor use only and does not come with tether line, quick links and plastic reel.

*Banners require "factory installed" attachment points applied on both sides of any product for an additional $35.00 charge.

**Graphics Prices above are for imprinting 2 sides of product, or 2 banners. Full color photos, lettering, logos, or almost any kind of graphics you can see on a computer can be printed on most "ball" and "blimp" panels with our large format (5' wide) digital printer prior to assembly. For imprinting a different message on 2nd side or 2nd banner the charge is $84.00. To letter only one side of a product or 1 banner the charge is 75% of the above prices for corresponding product. Vertical Banners are available for all products above except the 7'/10'/13' Blimp, 5.5' Ball, and 9.5' HAB (these products do not have enough lift to carry a Vertical Banner in any wind). Vertical Banner size is 26" wide x 15' long. You can purchase blank vertical banners (red or blue only) for $100.00 each (add $7.00 per additional foot for banners longer than 15') and apply your own lettering or artwork, or, you can order your vertical banners imprinted on both sides for $305.00 (single color lettering; each additional color is an extra $40.00 charge). Pennants are also available that attach to the tether line. The 7'/10'/13' Blimp and 5.5' Ball can not carry the weight of the pennants. Each pack costs $30.00 and includes 10 large triangular-shaped 1' x 5' pennants. Pennant Packs are available in Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Green, Orange or Assorted (specify colors). The FAA Regulations for Moored Balloons require pennants if a moored balloon is flown more than 150' above the ground.
